TERMS & SERVICES

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

By requesting or accepting services from Elevated Hot Tub Care, LLC (“the Company”), the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Payment Terms: All invoices are due and payable within 30 calendar days of the invoice date. We accept payment via credit, debit, ach, check, cash, and Venmo.
    

2. Late Fees & Interest: In accordance with Colorado law (C.R.S. § 38-12-105), any invoice not paid within the 7-day grace period following the due date will be subject to:

   • Late Fee: A one-time charge of $50.00 or 5% of the past-due balance, whichever is greater.

   • Interest: Monthly interest at a rate of 1% (12% per annum) on the outstanding balance until paid in full.
      

3. Costs of Collection: If an account becomes delinquent and requires legal action or referral to a third-party agency, the customer agrees to pay all costs of collection. As permitted by Colorado Revised Statutes, this includes, but is not limited to, reasonable attorney fees, court filing fees, and process server costs.
    

4. Right to Pause Service: Elevated Hot Tub Care, LLC reserves the right to suspend or cancel ongoing maintenance or repair services if any invoice remains unpaid past the 30-day term.
